[Free Giveaway] How to stay relevant with AI
I’m giving you a prompt guide for interview prep

I’m making a prediction.
The career coaches who learn how to leverage AI will stay relevant and in demand.
The ones who don’t will slowly get left behind.
Not because AI is replacing us, but because the coaching landscape is shifting, and our clients are shifting with it.
If your clients aren’t already using tools like ChatGPT to prep for interviews, they will be soon.
They’re Googling prompts.
They’re copying responses.
They’re trying to figure out if a chatbot can help them sound more confident, more polished, more “hireable.”
And if we, as coaches, aren’t part of that conversation?
We risk becoming optional.
I’m not saying we need to turn into tech consultants.
But we do need to understand what’s out there, and how to help our clients use it wisely.
Because when AI is used well, it doesn’t replace your coaching.
It makes your coaching go further.
Interview prep is changing. And it should be.
Gone are the days when we could just hand our clients a list of 25 common questions and call it a strategy.
Mock interviews are still valuable, and real-time feedback matters.
But the reality is that most of our clients need more time to practice than we can offer in a session or two.
That’s where AI becomes a tool, not a threat.
It’s a great way for clients to:
Get comfortable hearing themselves say the words out loud
Spot gaps in their thinking
Practice at their own pace
Feel more prepared before they walk into a high-stakes conversation
And for you as the coach?
It means your live prep sessions can go deeper.
You’re not wasting time on, “What’s your greatest strength?”
You’re working on nuance, delivery, confidence, and clarity.
That’s where the transformation happens.
But here’s the thing...
Most clients don’t know how to use AI well.
They either get generic answers that sound robotic, or they’re not even sure what to ask it in the first place.
That’s where we come in.
When you show your clients how to use AI strategically, they get more out of it and more out of your coaching.
And yes, that makes you a better coach.
Need a place to start?
I pulled together a free resource to make this easy.
It includes:
Prompts to generate role-specific interview questions
Templates to help clients build out STAR stories
Tools to get more authentic, less canned answers
Conversation starters for post-interview follow-ups

Feel free to use it yourself or send it directly to your clients.
Tweak it to fit your practice.
This guide is designed specifically for career coaches, not marketers or AI hobbyists.
Whether you’re coaching them one-on-one or in a group setting, you’ll have something that makes you look smart, prepared, and ahead of the curve.
Because that’s what great coaching is:
Anticipating the next challenge and showing up ready for it.
Your clients are already using AI.
The question is: will they learn to use it with you, or without you?
You don’t have to master AI.
But you do need to be in the conversation.
I would love your feedback once you’ve used it!
